Absolutely! Preventative care is just as important as addressing existing symptoms. The Annual Wellness, Insight & Action Package, or the Radiate & Renew Program would be perfect if wanting to optimize overall health.

How does your program differ?
Unlike quick-fix solutions or one-size-fits-all protocols, my approach is personalized to your body’s needs, lifestyle, and goals. It also integrates mindset and stress resilience to create lasting results.
Additionally, I assess labs through a functional lens, focusing on optimal ranges rather than just what’s considered “normal” within standard ranges. This allows us to identify imbalances early on and address root causes rather than just managing symptoms.

What are the differences between each program?
Essentially, the biggest difference is duration and price. The Radiate and Renew Program is for those who are seeking accountability and support, but shorter time-frame commitment. The Restore and Balance program is for those who need deeper support based on history and severity of symptoms.
You can always start with the Radiate & Renew Program and extend if further support is needed!

Are meal plans included?
A “meal plan” can be incorporated into your plan based on your goals / specific needs. However, throughout our time I focus on guiding you to build balanced, nourishing meals while allowing for variety and flexibility.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all plan, you’ll learn how to listen to your body, make informed food choices, and create meals that work for your preferences, schedule, and lifestyle. This approach ensures sustainability—because true health isn’t about perfection, it’s about consistency and balance!
